We impound and store vehicles with the written authorization or direction of the law enforcement officers and the governmental agencies we have contract with. The vehicles may be impounded for various reasons, including violation of the California Vehicle Codes and California Civil codes.
Our company and staff does not make any decisions on the impound of vehicles, we simply follow the requests given by the officers at the scene. Any disagreement over an impound must be contested with the government agency that authorized the tow. Vehicle owners must contact the appropriate government agency as to the rules and regulation for contesting any agency ordered tow or impound.
